We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team and help ensure the excellence of our video games.

Key Responsibilities

• Test video games across various platforms (PC, console, mobile) to identify and document bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other QA team members to ensure game functionality aligns with project requirements.
• Use bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) to log and manage issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure updates do not create new problems.
• Assess gameplay mechanics, level design, user interface, and overall player experience.
• Conduct stress and performance testing to ensure game stability under various conditions.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback on game design, usability, and overall quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong passion for video games with knowledge of various genres and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues during gameplay.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) is preferred.
• Knowledge of game development workflows and processes is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
