Director Operational Excellence

We are looking for a Director of Operational Excellence for our captive finance organisation TRATON FINANCIAL SERVICES. Reporting directly to the COO, you play a leading role for driving and enabling the growth and strategic direction of the TRATON Financial Services (TFS) operational multi-brand capabilities. You are playing an active role in ensuring the success by developing, implementing and guiding operational excellece and governance models together with management system(s) based on standardised, modular and systemtic methodology. JOB DESCRIPTION • Designing & developing a modular operational excellence aiming to drive operational success at our multi-brand operations sites

• Together with the different stakeholders, creating an implementation plan for the newly established multi-brand sites as well as a further development roadmap incl priority and risk assessments

• Together with the different stakeholders, designing and implementing models, processes and methods for businesses (focused on operations), target setting, regular follow up and improvement plans

• Drive efficiency improvements by facilitating group cross site learning, exchange and challenging the normal situation.

• Communicating assessment, status and progress to TFS management and additional senior stakeholders incl recommendations

YOUR SKILLS

• Open-minded, ability to work in an international and diverse as well as fast changing environment, reliable, highly motivated and proactive team-player • Experience in business architecture, management systems & governance models, with focus on facilitating deviations between operational and legal governance models

• Experienced in multi-channel transformation projects and change management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Academic degree in relevant field or similar qualification and 10+ years’ experience in international operational performance management

• Experience from captive finance, a TRATON GROUP brand or a multi-brand environment is an advantage

• Fluent in English
