Are you passionate about gaming, digital communities, and content creation? We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to oversee and grow our online presence across multiple platforms, ensuring engaging and impactful communication with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Social Media Channels – Oversee Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms, handling planning, development, support, and content creation.
• Oversee YouTube & Discord – Plan and develop content, support engagement, and manage community-driven discussions.
• Forum & Steam Engagement – Amplify developer diaries (DDs), promote sales and marketing activities, and drive meaningful conversations.
• Coordinate SoMe Specialists – Lead a team of community ambassadors focused on content creation and brand engagement.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and support broader community programs.
• Content Production – Assist the SVP in content production or take ownership alongside SoMe Specialists.
• Support Multiple Titles – Operate as part of a centralized team, working across different games while staying connected to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in communications, content planning, and creation – A solid background in social media management and community engagement.
• Gaming Knowledge – A understanding of our games (with deeper expertise expected from SoMe Specialists for engagement content).
• Strategic & Tactical Thinking – Ability to execute campaigns while staying aligned with broader marketing goals.
• Independent & Collaborative Work Style – Comfortable working behind the scenes with limited direct involvement in studio operations.
• Strong Coordination Skills – Capable of leading a remote or distributed team while working effectively with PMMs.
