Order and Delivery Specialist

About the job

We are on the lookout for anOrder and DeliverySpecialist.As a member of our globalOrder & Delivery teamyou will be part of a small and tight team that works closely together and thatsupports each other. You will ensure that our customers get world class service and support when purchasing Polariumproducts. The teams main responsibility iscustomerorder management and includes, but is not limited to, order management, transport document handling, production and deliveryfollow-up, invoicing andclaims handling.

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Qualification and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from working with large customers in acustomer service role, inside sales role or as a customer facing project manager
• Experience from driving and implementing new or improved processes and ways of working internally andwith customers
• Experience from working inBusiness Central
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing
• Experience from creating, analyzing, and reporting KPIs
• Basic Swedish knowledge
