Position Overview:
As Sales Manager Sweden, you will have overall responsibility for designing, developing, and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the organization’s products and business objectives. You will also manage and develop your sales team to achieve set objectives and targets while being directly responsible for sales to key accounts.

Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies: Plan, monitor, and translate the local sales strategy and budgets into individual targets for the sales team to achieve annual objectives, ensuring effective leadership, coaching, and delegation of tasks.
- Analyze performance data: Use data analysis tools to compare sales performance against targets and adjust activities where necessary to achieve goals.
- Demand forecasting and sales budgeting: Create accurate demand forecasts and sales budgets to support strategic planning and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Manage costs: Monitor and control costs within budget to ensure successful business plan execution.
- Collaborate with marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure new product and service launches are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Strategic pricing: Develop and maintain pricing strategies for new and existing products.
- Market insights: Leverage your comprehensive industry knowledge to identify marketplace needs and contribute to the overall strategic plan.
- CRM management: Maintain and support the CRM system to strengthen relationships with external partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and commercial contacts.
- Customer relationships: Work closely with key accounts to ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Coordinate with authorities and external partners to maintain smooth product information flow.
What We’re Looking For:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- A higher professional education.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry or a similar field.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
