Technical Sales Manager
We are looking for a technical sales manager for our Nordic office in Mölndal.
Your Mission:
- Taking care of existing industrial customers and projects in the area of photonics and electronics and actively submit technical solutions for the challenges of our customers.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and manage relationships with the suppliers involved.
- Collaboration with our partners and business line managers.
- We believe that sales require meeting the customers at their site or premises so you shall be prepared to travel across the Nordic region with an expected and expect 30 – 40 hotel nights per year.
Your profile:
- A bachelor's degree (also PhD) in physics, electronics or optoelectronics and ideally already experience in the sale/application of selling electronics and/or optical technologies. Any other relevant technical background will also be considered.
- Good understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device and system levels, combined with a sensitivity for business processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Structured, goal oriented and independent approach.
- Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Finnish is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license.
