Position: Dentist
Location:  Queensland, Australia
Salary: AUD $150,000 or 35% commission on monthly revenue (whichever is greater) + Superannuation
Relocation Assistance: AUD $5,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dentist to join this supportive and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental services and uphold high ethical standards to ensure quality results for life-changing patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and oral structures
• Perform examinations, coordinate radiography, and recommend treatment options
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Refer patients for specialist treatments as required
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
• Uphold infection control protocols
• Ensure high-quality care and a positive patient experience

Requirements:

• Recognized dental qualification and registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility and application in process) We will however concider all candidates.
• Diagnostic and clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Business acumen and a passion for patient care
• Commitment to professional development and continuing education
