Associate Product Analyst

The role
Join our dynamic and innovative B2B music streaming company as a Product Analyst, contributing to the success of our product teams. We're passionate about revolutionizing the way businesses experience and leverage music, and we're looking for a skilled analyst to help drive data-driven insights for our product optimization and growth strategies. As a growing scale-up, we expect your footprint to be big! You will be central to building an insights-led culture within product development, working tightly with our engineers to turn customer experiences and data into insights, gain a deep understanding of the customer journey, and help drive the strategy and guide on where efforts are worth the most.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze A/B tests in our product and on our systems
- Present findings technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
- Support our product teams in product planning, evaluation, and feature optimization
- Evaluate user journeys to optimize the product and listening experiences of our customers
- Provide guidance to the engineering team so that product changes are adequately tracked to provide data to evaluate measures of success
- Ensure that product decisions are financially sustainable, having a positive impact on user acquisition, retention, and margins
About you

We believe that for you to be successful in the role, you should be able to tick at least a majority of the boxes below:
- At least 1-4 years of experience working with data and insights, ideally as a product analyst or related role
- Technical curiosity and proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and skills
- Knowledge of SQL (Excel/Sheets or Python are a plus!)
- Experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud
- Statistical modeling, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with machine learning and model evaluation
- Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (bonus if Tableau or Mixpanel)
- Ability to communicate data and insights in a business context language
- Knowledge of qualitative UX research methods
- An informal leader, unafraid to challenge the status quo or offer new ideas
- Passion for details
- Fluent in English
