Scrum of Scrum Master

We are now looking for a Scrum of Scrum Masters for a global company in Malmö; Start ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with.

Background:

The Scrum of Scrums Master serves as a coach and leader, coordinating the Scrum teams working on the full Core offer (ERP and non ERP). This role facilitates communication, identifies and resolves cross-team dependencies, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and fosters the continuous improvement of Agile practices across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to coordinate efforts across the full Core product teams.
• Identify and help resolve inter-team dependencies and impediments.
• Promote cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application of Agile and Scrum practices across teams.
• Support scalability of Agile practices within the organization and coach teams on scaling frameworks.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to improve their effectiveness.
• Report on progress, risks, and issues to Core cross team, providing transparency on performance and impediments.

Required Qualifications and competences:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-team projects
• Strong understanding of scaling Agile frameworks (not SAFe!)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP implementations
• Knowledge of D365 suite
• Knowledge of retail processes

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Malmö. Start is ASAP, 6 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension.
