We are currently seeking ERP System Manager to join our Business Systems and Transformations unit at Optinova.

About the Business Systems and Transformations unit

The Business Systems and Transformations (BST) is Optinova group level unit focusing on business systems management and strategic transformation programs.

The role

The ERP System Manager owns our ERP system solution (Monitor). ERP is widely used across the entire global organization, including sales, logistics, sourcing, production and accounting. This challenging role offers very interesting tasks and key role in global business context.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system development roadmap
• Lead (matrix or line) a team of nominated ERP functional owners
• Lead solution development and testing
• Integration of ERP with Commercial and Manufacturing Execution Systems
• Deployment of new features to business functions
• Release management
• License management
• External solution vendor management
• Act as an ERP functional owner in selected ERP functional area(s)

To be successful in this role, we believe you have..

• Previous experience with ERP system functionality, configuration and testing
• Previous experience on industrial company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and a quick learner
• Possibility to travel and work remotely with users across various time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Industrial Engineering
• Fluency in English and Swedish

Details

Location: Mariehamn (Åland) or Uppsala (Sweden), hybrid possibilities: 3 days on-site, 2 remote.
