About the Role

We are seeking an organized and driven Store Supervisor to oversee our unique setup. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team, coordinate with suppliers and distributors, and ensure seamless stock and inventory management. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our cafeteria and restaurant offerings, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.

As a Supervisor, you will also prepare and present comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the operations of the supermarket, cafeteria, and restaurant.

· Supervise and motivate employees across all departments.

· Coordinate effectively with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

· Manage inventory using system-based tools (e.g., inventory and purchasing systems).

· Ensure stock levels are maintained and organized for smooth operation.

· Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

· Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.

· Support the planning and execution of breakfast and lunch services.

· Prepare and present operational and financial reports regularly.

· Ability to prepare Burgers, Swedish Salads, and Asian cuisines are added advantages.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

· Experience: Experience in warehouses, hotels, restaurants, or similar industries is highly valued.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Proficiency in inventory systems and purchasing systems.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, from supervising employees to interacting with customers.

· Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
