What isneeded in this role:

• A master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering or other fields related to AI and business
• Demonstrated ability to identify Data & AI trends and mobilize teams to turn insights into scalable initiatives
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to evolving technologies and regulatory landscapes
• Skilled in persuading executives and developers to adopt AI strategies that balance innovation with risk management
• Deep understanding of AI applications in banking and enthusiasm for reimaging processes
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
