Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description

Do you have experience in competence development and a passion for creating effective learning environments? We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist for a consulting assignment to our client in the automotive industry. The role involves leading, developing, and implementing training activities within Sales & Marketing and Commercial Operations. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

• Lead and develop training initiatives, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant and effective competence development activities.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on training initiatives to achieve optimal results.
• Contribute to an agile and collaborative team focused on continuous improvement.
• Manage change and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Work in a digital learning environment, where most training is conducted online, making data analytics skills highly valuable.

Qualifications

• You have experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on competence development.
• You have a strong andragogical knowledge and experience in designing and delivering training activities.
• You have experience with digital learning and an understanding of how data analytics can be used in training.
• You are fluent English in both oral and written. You will be part of a multicultural team, so all conversations are in English.
• Meritorious: Previous experience working within the automotive industry or in a similar environment.

Personal Qualities

To thrive in this role, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders. You have ability to work in a structured manner with planning and follow-up.

Admission and Application

Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-09-30 with possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our client in Södertälje (some remote work allowed).
