What You’ll Be Doing
As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers grow their employer brands through creative and data-driven campaigns. You’ll:
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Write engaging copy for ads and campaigns to attract top talent for our clients.
- Design branded visuals with graphic design tools.
- Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and implement creative solutions for client growth.
