Rituals is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll management in Sweden while also driving global and local HR initiatives. In this role, you will manage in-house payroll with a strong focus on the Swedish market. You will play a key role in handling administrative processes and supporting our managers with payroll and HR-related inquiries.

At Rituals, we work closely with the business, meaning this role requires strong accountability, structure, and the ability to prioritize effectively. We use the global HR system Workday and manage payroll through GlobalView.


Kravspecifikation

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Manage employment contracts, payroll administration, and reporting to authorities and management.
  • Process payroll for over 800 employees, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Oversee the payroll process for the Swedish market.
  • Handle and correct payroll-related matters, including sick leave, vacation, company cars, and travel expenses.
  • Provide first-line payroll support to employees and managers across the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of in-house payroll experience, managing payroll from start to finish.
  • Experience with Swedish payroll in a global company (meritorious).
  • Post-secondary education in payroll or a related field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Strong system proficiency, with experience in Workday and GlobalView/SAP being an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with retail industry agreements (meritorious).
