We are recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator, who will be responsible for our team of Sales Support & Marketing. You will have the exciting and important mission to further develop the team, our support and pricing activities. About the position The Business Development team is the commercial driver of our growth. As Sales Support Coordinator you will have a combined role as manager for our Sales Support Functions within sales such as Adhoc-desk, Sales support and Tender team, but you will also be responsible for your own customers. Your focus will mainly be to develop the support to our sales teams within the different functions. To take the lead on innovation and digital development within Business Development will also be part of your role. The Sales Support Teams includes 9 dedicated team members who you will support, inspire, lead and develop.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Be part of our Swedish Business Development management team.
- Act as a GEODIS ambassador and live our leadership principles and values.
- Responsible for development of the department, processes, and our service offer.
- Responsible for coordinating activities around audits and business reviews
- Ensure development and efficiency of the pricing around spot quotes and tenders
- Responsible for lead generation and activities connected to cross selling
- Responsible for administration of regional activities together with NSU/ Data Steward
- Drive innovation and digital development
- Responsible for your own customer portfolio.
- Reach sales budget and manage financial results and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance to our global and local sales processes and CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and make sure colleagues and customers are updated regularly about our services.
- Initiate and organize sales activities and customer events together with the Business Development team.
You will frequently do business travels within Sweden, both to meet with customers and team members. You can be placed at any of our offices in Sweden (Stockholm, Norrköping, Jönköping, Göteborg or Lund) and you will report to our Sales Director. This is a permanent position, starting on agreement.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have several years of experience in the industry and in a similar role with documented good results. You also have a thorough understanding of freight forwarding business and the logistics market. From previous experience, you have learned how to combine sales expertise and customer focus with needs of system support, innovation and digital tools. As a person, you have good leadership skills, you are a great communicator and you are comfortable and motivated working within an international context. The position requires professional communication skills in English and Swedish.
