Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on commercial training. The ideal candidate will lead assignments, develop and implement learning activities within Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong planning capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage training assignments, including setting scope, developing content, and implementing learning activities.

Conduct training in various settings (onsite, hybrid, offsite), with the primary location being the Södertälje office for 1-2 days per week, with potential for more depending on assignments.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and quality standards.

Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital training methods and integrate them into the training programs.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and records of training activities.

Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the training team.

Requirements:

University degree, with a strong emphasis on andragogic knowledge and experience in competence development activities such as e-learnings and physical instructor-led training.

Proven experience in leading training assignments and developing effective learning activities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders.

Excellent planning and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle changes and work collaboratively within a large team.

Proficiency in English is required, as all conversations within the multicultural team are conducted in English.

Experience in data analytics and the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Knowledge of the automotive industry or previous work with customers is a plus.

Preference for digital training methods and innovative approaches to learning.
