Purpose/ Summary of the role: A normal day will look like having the overall responsibility for the entire operation on the shift, either working alone or together with another Delivery Operating Manager (depending on location). Also responsibility for the vehicle fleet assigned to site and maintenance of said fleet including daily contact with suppliers and workshops.

Pay-level: Compensation levels are linked to the scope of responsibility of a role, and the different levels have different compensation ranges associated with them. Shiftwork on a rolling schedule over 4 weeks with occassional weekends.

A section describing the main responsibilities of the role

• Overall responsibility for the entire operation during the shift

• Ensure that routines in line with our code of conduct is followed equally across all shifts and teams

• Contact person for our fleet maintenance suppliers

• Personal responsibility for the shift of drivers and Driver Teamleads up to 60 employees

• Ensure that weekly availability is updated at all times in accordance with the routines ensuring our capacity needs

• Responsible for following up and facilitating commitment and working environment among Driver Teamleads and the Drivers in the teams and site on a whole

• Follow-up of HSE, quality, and efficiency on the shift, as well as the sick leave data of the employees

• Responsible for rolling out shifts in accordance with the Working Environment Act and attesting hours in the payroll system on the first working day of the week and the first working day of the month

• Planning & assigning routes during the weekdays and occasional weekends

• Planning practical training for new employees, including the allocation of training supplements for drivers, as well as coaching and further developing team members

• Implementation and continuous improvement of routines, processes, and standards in collaboration with the Driver Academy & Delivery Manager

• Responsible for all deviations that occur during the shift. Registration, actions, follow-up, and implementation of root cause analysis according to routines within deadlines allotted

• Carrying out probationary interviews and development interviews of employees in line with the routines in our People system

• Completed High School

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets

• Fluency in English and Swedish languages

• Drivers License - Class B
