Your role as Finance Operations Manager
As Finance Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and smooth running of the business. You’ll handle budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while working closely with leadership to drive smart decision-making and ensuring long-term growth.
Beyond the numbers, you’ll streamline operations, improve internal processes, and manage partner relationships to keep everything running efficiently. Your work will help create a strong financial foundation and scalable operations that support future success.

Your role as Finance Operations Manager
As Finance Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and smooth running of the business. You’ll handle budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while working closely with leadership to drive smart decision-making and ensuring long-term growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Help build a long term and robust operational, financial and legal structure
- Define and help the company reach business goals, mainly focused on growth and profitability
- Help Bonmoja’s partners assure that all strategies and operations are tailored to the local market, taking into account local customer preferences and regulations
- Work closely with local management and HQ teams to resolve any operational or legal problems
- Various ad-hoc tasks in line with your role and the company’s geographic expansion

Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous relevant experience from consulting or finance
- Experience from high growth scaleups, preferably with international exposure
- Strong experience from driving transformational initiatives and managing several projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of data and analytics to create insights
- You hold a university degree within a relevant field i.e. business, finance or engineering
