Junior Business Controller

We are seeking a Junior Business Controller to join our team and contribute to shaping financial processes for our operations in Sweden. This role offers an opportunity to help improve the management and analysis of revenue streams and operational costs. You will collaborate with internal teams to establish new approaches to financial tracking and reporting, playing a key role in creating more structured and efficient processes within business controlling.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue streams and drive profit improving initiatives
• Periodic review and analysis of operational cost development
• Manage the overall processes for credit control, supporting and monitoring the part of the scope outsourced to shared service centre in Riga.
• Provide timely and qualitative support to key stakeholders as CFO, Sweden management team, and HQ regional finance team
• Ensure completion of ad-hoc tasks within the finance area

Qualifications & Key Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: A few years of experience in relevant fields within finance.
• Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level).
  • Knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not required.
