Manager Failure Analysis

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a manager failure analysis. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, organize and review development and training of team members.
• Develop, implement and review methods, SOP’s, risk assessments and work instructions.
• Ensure the laboratory utilities/equipment are maintained, calibrated and safe to use.
• Plan and align the resources and the demand.
• Structuring of sample logistics (internal transport, storage and disposal).
• Manage product and process deviations.
• Manage improvements, the implementation and maintain 5S in the failure analysis laboratory.
• Attest time, reports on time and ensure to comply with local and companywide processes.

The person we are looking for is driven, caring, structured and experienced. You thrive by leading others and work towards common goals. You are used to a high paced work environment and got good time management skills.
