Supply Chain Manager
The role Are you an experienced Supply Chain leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a high-tech, fast-paced environment? Do you excel in driving transformation and thrive under pressure? Beyond Gravity is seeking a visionary Supply Chain Manager to spearhead the development of our Supply Chain organization in Linköping. The Role – Lead, Transform, and Deliver Excellence As Supply Chain Manager, you will take full ownership of leading and building the Supply Chain organization in Linköping. You will be the driving force behind our transition from a project-oriented approach to serial production. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who loves operational challenges, thrives in dynamic environments, and excels at driving transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain department, including Planning, Procurement, and Logistics. The Supply Chain team consists of approximately 30 employees, and you will have three leaders reporting directly to you.
- Ensure seamless material availability at the right time, cost, and quality.
- Strategically develop and implement supply chain processes to support the shift to serial production.
- Act as a transformation leader by building structures and processes that integrate with the broader organization.
- Coach, mentor, and empower your team to achieve operational excellence.
- You will have a close cooperation and a dotted reporting line to the headquarters supply chain function.
Who are you? You are a senior Supply Chain professional with a proven track record of leading transformational journeys in complex, high-pressure environments. You are not only strategic but also hands-on when needed, with the resilience to deliver results while inspiring your team.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, including material management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven passion for developing high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You must have led other managers previously.
- Demonstrated success in driving transformation and operational excellence in dynamic settings.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with a commercially savvy and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable navigating change with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Resilient, results-driven, and thrives under pressure.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus), MS Office, and OPEX tools.
- Strong understanding of cost mechanisms and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
