Executive Assistant to Group CEO
In the role as Executive Assistant to Group CEO, you will manage administrative tasks, prepare essential materials, and ensure seamless communication between the CEO and the rest of the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Group CEO’s calendar and scheduling
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes
- Act as a liaison between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Administer travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports
- Handle email and correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO
- Follow up on delegated tasks and projects to ensure completion
- Organize and maintain administrative systems and files
- Support event planning and execution
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic projects and offer administrative support
- Conduct research and gather data for decision-making
- Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture
- You are required to hold an advanced degree (a bachelor's degree or higher) in marketing, PR, communications, or a related field of study.
- Full proficiency in English (preferably native speaking and writing level)
- A minimum of 2 years' international experience within PR, marketing, communications and/or equivalent experience as Executive Assistant to a C-level executive.
- In the dynamic field of PR and communications, the CEO often requires swift access to comprehensive information, effective coordination of high-stakes meetings, and proactive management of both internal and external communications. Experience in PR or communications, particularly operational experience, will be highly valuable in understanding and anticipating these needs.
