DevOps Engineer with 5+ year experience

As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for:

1. Effectively collaborating with the team members and the customer over the course of the project
2. Setting up, configuring, and testing project infrastructure
3. Configuring and implementing the tools intended for the automation of the infrastructure management and configuration, using the Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) approach where applicable
4. Participating in planning and carrying out deployment of releases to different environments, ensuring that the integrity of the target environments is maintained and that the correct components are released
5. Setting up, configuring, and maintaining the 3d party services and integrations related to the infrastructure. Such as:

• a. PaaS services provided by the Cloud providers
• b. Infrastructure products from 3rd party software vendors

1. Building a CI/CD pipeline, setting up and configuring CI/CD tools. Ensuring that there are continuous integration, continuous delivery, and constant flow of a CI/CD pipeline
2. Preventing incidents from happening and minimizing impact of incidents that cannot be prevented
3. Working on incidents/problems resolution throughout their lifecycle and resolving them as quickly as possible
4. Implementing the monitoring/alerting solutions to meet the project current and future requirements. Continuously monitoring the product (system) health
5. Implementing the log aggregation solutions to meet the project current and future requirements
6. Ensuring minimum service disruption for the changes introduced to the software systems and/or environments that are in scope of your assignment
7. Developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation, such as the infrastructure diagrams, assets inventory lists, etc.
8. Prepare infrastructure to constant business changes. Common types of changes include new requirements, evolving goals and strategies, and emerging technologies
