Operational Buyer - Summer 2025
Are you the ambitious student with an analytical master-mind we’ve been looking for?! As Operational Buyer your role is to safeguard that procurement activities are performed according to Stena Line purchasing process, policy and other guiding documents. - As Key user be the “go to” person for support
- Support the organisation with placing orders
- System updates
- Perform price comparisons
- Negotiate terms & conditions
- System administration
What you will experience
Joining our Procurement team means embarking on an exciting journey ahead! As our new team member, you will, directly or indirectly, be a crucial part of our procurement transformation journey. Our procurement team is dedicated to increase value generation in procurement, improving ways of working, and building strong internal stakeholder relationships.
To strengthen our department during the summer holidays, we are now looking for two Operational Buyers.
Who you are

We are looking for someone with a lot of drive, ambition and with a “yes, we can” mindset. You are ready to take the next step and start your career within Procurement. Your enthusiasm and self-motivation makes you a great team player, who enjoys working with other people. You are flexible, enjoy a fast pace environment and being part of a change transformation. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will also come in handy in this role.
Qualifications:
- University student; Maritime-, Logistics- or Procurement Management
- Good communication skills, in both English and Swedish
- Good computer skills

This is a full-time temporary position, between June and August 2025, based in Gothenburg within our Procurement department.
