Project Manager

The scope of these works is to manage the specialist cleaning package on a Data Centre & Admin Building construction site.

The Project Manager will oversee the operatives on site and their role will include planning and reporting to the client, scheduling and agreeing the work with the client, ensuring all Health and Safety is in place and to complete all site documents.

The Project Manager will also carry out the clinical cleaning testing to conform with ISO 14644-1, 1999 Class 8 Standard. The Project Manager will also produce the report with the results.
