Project Manager OSS/BSS Solutions & PMO Integration

## Key Responsibilities

- *Project Lifecycle Management:*

- Initiate projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Develop detailed project plans covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, tracking, controlling, and closing phases.

- *Financial Oversight & Resource Planning:*

- Perform accurate Capex estimation and create robust budgets for projects.

- Estimate work effort and define resource requirements to ensure optimal utilization of talent and assets.

- Monitor and control project expenditures to meet financial targets.

- *Contract & Vendor Management:*

- Oversee contract negotiations, management, and compliance to safeguard organizational interests.

- Conduct vendor performance analysis and implement management strategies to align deliverables with quality and timeline expectations.

- *Risk & Conflict Management:*

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts.

- Lead conflict management efforts by resolving issues proactively, ensuring team alignment and project continuity.

- *Performance Monitoring & Reporting:*

- Track project progress using established KPIs and project management tools.

- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and updates for senior management and integration with the PMO portal.

- Adjust project strategies based on performance feedback and changing business requirements.

- *OSS/BSS Solutions & Software Development Integration:*

- Drive project management for OSS/BSS solutions and portal software development life cycles.

- Ensure technical and operational integration with the PMO portal, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- *Stakeholder Collaboration:*

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project delivery.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project cycle.
