We partner with some of the biggest and most innovative game developers in the industry, enabling them to work with creators at scale. Our technology plays a key role in shaping these collaborations, and we’re now looking for a Head of Product to lead our product & tech team.

About the Role

As Head of Product, you will own our product strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure we build products that deliver real value to game developers and creators. This role is ideal for someone with experience leading product teams who is looking for a high-impact role in a fast-growing company.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute the product roadmap while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align our products with market needs. This is a hands-on leadership role where execution, iteration, and impact are key.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Wehype’s business goals.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team, including Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers.
• Collaborate directly with game developers to understand their needs and ensure our products solve real challenges.
• Improve and scale our product development processes for faster iteration and continuous learning.
• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize and refine the product roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure strong collaboration and seamless execution.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize product adoption and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading product teams, ideally in a growing tech company.
• Hands-on background as a Product Manager—you’ve built and shipped products before moving into leadership.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.
• Practical, execution-focused mindset—you prioritize problem-solving and delivering results.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, gaming, or digital platforms is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, where adaptability and speed matter.
• A passion for gaming and the creator economy is a strong advantage.
