Program Manager

Responsibilities:

– Lead the launch of a new Point-of-Sale (POS) program, developing a comprehensive program plan that outlines objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the program, while identifying and addressing potential risks and issues throughout its lifecycle.

– Monitor and track the program’s progress, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

– Evaluate the success and performance of the program, identifying areas for continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

– Prepare and conduct regular project and steering committee meetings to ensure clear communication and decision-making across teams.

– Work closely with other program managers to ensure that critical aspects of the business are accurately represented and integrated into the program.

Requirements:

– Experience in the retail industry and hands-on knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions.

– Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address challenges while maintaining the program’s momentum.

– Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex relationships with teams, executives, and external partners.

– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the program vision, set clear objectives, and align teams and stakeholders toward common goals.
