LE Fitness is Hiring: Experienced Sports Manager & Group Training Instructor

Do you have a deep passion for yoga and fitness? Are you an experienced instructor eager to inspire and support both members and fellow trainers? LE Fitness is looking for a dedicated and skilled Sports Manager with experience in group training and personal training to join our team!

About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional who possesses:

✔ Extensive yoga training and experience in teaching various yoga styles

✔ A background in sports leadership, with relevant education and experience

✔ Fluency in Swedish or English

✔ Bonus qualifications: Aerial Yoga and CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality yoga and functional training classes

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new personal trainers and instructors

• Ensure class excellence by providing feedback, guidance, and support to colleagues

• Motivate and uplift fellow trainers to help them grow and excel

• Assist with various gym-related tasks, including member engagement and marketing efforts
