System Engineer

If you have experience with COMOS and electrical installation, this is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a key role through us at Randstad. We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable engineer who wants to work in a technically advanced environment with one of our leading clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for customer-specific electrical design and documentation for projects within the Medium Gas Turbine segment. You will work on customer projects to ensure that requirements are met in both design and documentation. You will also support both assembly and site operations and collaborate with subcontractors, procurement, and the sales organization. The work involves operating in different interfaces where you are expected to be proactive and open to change and improvements.

The global energy transition is moving at full speed, and Siemens Energy needs more experienced specialists in COMOS and their products. We are looking for someone who can step in and drive projects from the start, with prior knowledge of COMOS and the MGT product portfolio.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create customer-specific electrical designs and documentation for projects
• Ensure that design and documentation meet customer requirements
• Provide technical support to assembly and site operations
• Communicate with subcontractors, procurement, and the sales organization
• Actively engage in different interfaces and contribute to development and improvement

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant degree in electrical power or electrical engineering
• Several years of experience in electrical installation and system design
• Solid experience with COMOS – a key requirement for success in this role
• Previous experience with Siemens Energy’s product line and work within Order Execution, Research & Development, or aftermarket
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
