Are you passionate about leading projects and driving customer satisfaction? Schneider Electric is seeking a dedicated Project Team Manager to join our vibrant team in the Digital Power Application Center (DPAC) Nordics - Your location will be in Stockholm – Sweden or Ballerup – Denmark preferred.
Your Mission:
In this pivotal role, you will manage customer projects and services across several states and with a diverse customer base. Project Team Manager, you’ll lead a multicultural team, ensure high-quality project execution, and maintain exceptional customer communication. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project performance, controlling P&L, and driving transformation initiatives for enhanced software, services, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support project management teams to ensure successful execution.
* Monitor and report on project performance, including profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct sensitive negotiations and maintain high-level communication with clients.
* Manage risks and opportunities within the project portfolio to ensure safety and cybersecurity.
* Foster a culture of customer focus and quality within the project teams.
* Drive transformation initiatives with a lean and agile mindset, focusing on digital growth and sustainability.
* Ensure global governance is applied within your scope.
* Build and lead diverse teams, preparing for the future by identifying critical talent.
* Provide support to project hubs as needed.
What will help you succeed in this role?
* Education: A Level + 5 years of relevant experience (engineering or business administration preferred).
* Experience:
+ Minimum of 7 years in project management, project controller, or project-related role with international exposure in a multicultural, matrix environment.
+ Proven leadership, with strong business acumen and finance acumen.
* Skills:
+ In-depth knowledge of customer project services and trends.
