Functional Consultant (WFM Tools - UKG Pro & Legion)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing UKG Pro and Legion modules.

• Design functional specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• 
  
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with WFM tools (UKG Pro/Legion).
• 
  
• Strong understanding of workforce management workflows and business processes.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
