Releconomy AB is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in business organization and management development. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant (Företagskonsult) to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Analyze business structures and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement corporate strategies in collaboration with management.

Identify problem areas and propose innovative solutions, including restructuring and digital transformation.

Work closely with clients, providing strategic advice and organizational improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer state-of-the-art consulting services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum two years of experience in business development, management, or a leadership role within a company.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in English is a must.

Basic knowledge of Swedish is a merit.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
