Operator

Responsibility

• Secure Safety, 5S, Standardized work and Andon in station area.
• Continuously observe safety risks and act to avoid.
• Supervise machine and perform quality controls to identify and immediately act on deviations to minimize losses.
• Block deviated units, analyze, identify root cause, and log result.
• Perform 1st line analysis when deviations or problems occur.
• Work proactively with Maintenance team to avoid disturbance of the flow.
• Participate and contribute to improvements activities and training of new operators in concerned area.

Requirements

Formal competences

• Upper Secondary School Diploma EQF4 (Swe: Gymnasieexamen) or international equivalent
• Or a relevant Swedish Adult Vocational Training Program Diploma EQF4 (Swe: Yrkesvuxutbildning)
• Diploma should include the equivalent of:
• English (Eng5)
• Mathematics (Ma1)
