Contract Manager

Job description

The contract manager would be devoted to contract management, supplier management support bidding till bidding success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for contract management, Responsible for following answering technical and commercial requirements for infrastructure constructions of Swedish major projects.

2. Following review design and architecture documents for accuracy, Waterproofing and environmental management. Following answer questions for all forms of construction in the bidding documents.

3. Keep record with the local suppliers and manage all project related suppliers and engagement, in order to control the bidding budget, assist the Quantity Survey, etc.

4. Cooperate with QS and Headquarter in order to fulfill issue the bidding documents on time.

5. Manage all the contract in hard copy and soft copy.

Requirements

1. Commercial or Civil engineering education background.

2. Experience of Quantity Survey of construction project or contract management work.

3. With strong insights of the construction market as well as in-depth knowledge of commercial and bidding process.

4. Extremely organized and highly motivated.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Excellent of both spoken & written English.
