Senior Release Train Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer for a global company. The work location could be Huskvarna or Jonsered or Stockholm.

Start is in May'2025, 6 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Assignment Description:

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach to help teams achieve value delivery by addressing impediments and managing risks.

• Facilitate key Solution Cluster events, including Increment Planning and Retrospectives.

• Ensure alignment with agile ways of working and manage dependencies within the cluster.

• Coach Solution Owners and Delivery Team leads to foster a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.

• Drive stakeholder management and people skills to create a collaborative environment.

• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Proven experience in facilitating key agile events and managing dependencies.

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals.

• Ability to manage risks and address impediments effectively.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using agile tools and software.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).

• Several years of experience working in agile environments, preferably in a Release Train Engineer role.

• Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in agile practices.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Huskvarna or Jonsered or Stockholm. Start is in May'2025, 6 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
