We're Hiring: Planner/Scheduler – Facility Upgrade Projects (Södertälje)

Are you an experienced Planner/Scheduler with expertise in Primavera P6? Join our team to manage and coordinate two exciting facility upgrade projects.

Location: Södertälje (minimum 3 days/week onsite) / 2 days Stockholm Office

Duration: Full-time position

Start Date: Last week of April

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Primavera P6
• Preferably fluent in Swedish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
• 3 days a week onsite at Södertälje supporting two projects

Role Overview:

• Manage and coordinate planning and scheduling activities for two key projects
• Ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, tracking progress and resolving potential delays
