Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and take on the role of Unit Manager for Supply Chain and Customer Service Support.

Your Role:

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our operations across the supply chain. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service in both supply chain flows and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Unit Manager for Supply Chain and Customer Service Support
• Lead and motivate your team to reach operational targets
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations and logistics
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
• Collaborate across departments to drive improvements
• Maintain accurate records and system data

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for all warehouse activities
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Constantly review existing processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as required
• Lead weekly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings with managers and the Managing Director
• Collaborate with other Managers to create a cohesive overall business strategy
• Maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition
• KPI review for the team as well as for the 3PL
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational targets and business goals

Your Background

• Post-secondary education in logistics or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Skilled in MS Office and SAP
• A proactive, structured, and self-driven team player
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to motivate others
