Bakery Wrapper

Garnishes, weighs, wraps, labels and merchandises bakery products and provides excellent member service.

• Removes products from baking containers. Garnishes or drizzles icing for baked products according to Costco’s formulas and department production procedures.
• 
  
• Packages baked goods by hand or wrapping machines. Assembles pre-cut cardboard boxes for packaging baked goods.
• 
  
• Weights and labels products. Culls broken, underweight, heavy or defective goods to uphold standards for quality and consistency of finished product.
• 
  
• Moves products by pushing on large, wheeled, metal racks.
• 
  
• Monitors bakery sales area and restocks as needed. Rotates stock, monitors pull dates and complies with health code.
• 
  
• Provides prompt and courteous member service. Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items. Directs members to product and service locations in the warehouse.
• 
  
• Keeps wrapping and sales area clean and clear of debris. Follows safety and security procedures.
