Job Description

About the role

As a Junior Designer at the Kids Division you will work together with the Product Designer and the wider team developing collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets for the Boys’ customer 2-8years old, always with sustainability in mind. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, assist with fittings, producing and updating collection overviews and color charts. You will work with jersey products like T-shirts, sweatshirts and pants where license is an important part of the assortment. At H&M Kids Boys we are ambitious and work in a supportive team spirit!

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a true passion for the boys customer and you have a clear fashion trend awareness and are on it with the kids trends and interests. You can deliver at fast pace and are experienced in working cross collaborative with your own and wider team. You are a driven junior designer who brings a positive, energetic, creative mindset that you can translate into playful fun and fashionable products.

We look for you with:

• BA/MA degree in Fashion Design working as a junior designer or design assistant today
• Strong fast skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO 3D
• A passion for and commercial understanding of our kids Boys customer
• Work experience from license products is a plus
• A strong fashion trend vision, able to translate this into commercial fashion products
• Team player who thrives in a diverse setting and contribute with own perspectives
• Organized, highly structured able to work effectively at high pace and can manage work for varied timelines parallel keeping the overall view at all times
• Strong communicator
• A strong self drive and can take initiatives working independently
• English fluency (Swedish not necessary)

Additional information:
