IT Project Management Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Management consultant to join us! Job Overview As an IT Project Manager consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing complex IT projects from inception to completion. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage project teams effectively.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as required.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are maintained and communicated to leadership.
• Monitor project performance and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
