Roles and Responsibilities.

• Developing and maintaining team processes that are aligned to business and service objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges.
• Perform process reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce problem statements, project charters, process maps, Fit gap analyses, high-level requirements.
• Develop queries, perform data analysis, and identify trends.
• Conduct proof-of-concept.
• Create and refine user stories, ensuring they are clear and actionable.
• Collaborate with the development team to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Develop business reports using Power BI
