Job Summary
The Center of Expertise Separation team at Tetra Pak is now recruiting a Technical Product Owner. In this role you will be responsible for the technical specification for our products. You will lead R&D work and work closely with both our commercial team, application and technical team. The Technical Product Owner manages internal and external stakeholders to clarify status and gaps vs current technical specification, translates customer requirements into technical needs/specifications, collect technical push from experts. The also contribute and coordinate in development activities and work independently providing functional/technical guidance to extended community.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global environment.
What you will do
As a Technical Product Owner in the Centrifugal separation team, you will be part of a team consisting of application & technical experts. You will work with product development, improving and maintaining our technical scope of supply. You will be a part of a dynamic organisation where you will have close contact between development, application support, production, supply chain, marketing, technical support and customers. You will work independently as well as a part of project teams. In your role, you will play a major role in our agile work setup, coordinating the R&D work and operational.
Lead R&D work
Responsible for the technical specifications
- Lead architecture design
- Lead product integration of the complete technical solution
- Lead product configuration management
- Lead interface management between systems
We believe you have
- Engineering degree Master or equivalent combined with minimum 7 years relevant work experience.
- A background within centrifugal separation, food industry, processing technologies, centrifugal separation, packaging or similar
- A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
- An interest in training others and sharing knowledge
- Experience of formal or informal leadership
- Experience in working in an agile and dynamic environment (e.g. Scrum,).
- Experience of automation, mechanical design work (CREO, PDM-Link) is considered a merit
