Junior DevSecOps

Junior DevSecOps Engineer (1–3 years experience)

Location: 100% on-site assignment

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevSecOps Engineer to support the development, operation, and continuous improvement of a modern software factory environment. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with development teams to ensure the delivery pipelines are efficient, secure, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the software factory platform using tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Vault, Bitbucket, and Artifactory
• Support development teams by ensuring that deployment and test pipelines align with application requirements
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes by creating and managing custom scripts and integrations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, network connectivity, or application performance
• Contribute to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Stay current with emerging tools and best practices to identify opportunities for optimization

Your Profile

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1–3 years of practical experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps setting
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, and common DevOps toolchains
• Experience with or knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK, Mattermost, Jitsi is a plus
• Scripting proficiency in languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
• Understanding of Linux/Unix-based systems and infrastructure management
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Rancher
• Basic understanding of databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Additional Information

• This assignment is 100% on-site, and presence at the customer’s premises is required
• Security vetting in accordance with national regulations is mandatory for this position
• Due to the nature of the assignment, citizenship requirements may apply
• Ongoing selection process – early application is recommended
• Possibility of extension after the initial contract period
