Then the role of Solutions Sales Manager at Granlund might be your next big opportunity!

Granlund is one of the leading Nordic experts in energy-efficient buildings, digital real estate management, and sustainable engineering. With headquarters in Finland and a growing presence in Sweden, we’re now expanding our commercial team – and looking for two driven Solution Sales Managers to help accelerate our growth in the Swedish market with our SaaS solution, Granlund Manager.

About the Role

In this role, your focus will be on identifying and winning new customers – particularly among professional property owners managing complex commercial and public buildings. You’ll proactively seek out new business opportunities, initiate contact with key decision-makers, and build long-term relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored, value-driven SaaS solutions. Your consultative sales approach, combined with strong business acumen and technical curiosity, will help you establish trust and demonstrate clear value throughout the sales process. You will work with our leading software platforms and services within energy optimization, maintenance planning, and digital building lifecycle management, backed by our expert teams in Sweden and Finland. Together, you'll help customers achieve their sustainability goals while streamlining operations and future-proofing their properties.

We are hiring two Solutions Sales Managers for our continued expansion in Sweden. Both positions are ideally based in the Stockholm area, where we see strong growth potential – but we warmly welcome applicants from across the country. For the right person, location doesn’t limit opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include: 
  • New Business Development: Proactively identifying and targeting new customers and market segments. 
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Listening to customer challenges and offering digital, value-creating solutions aligned with their operational and sustainability goals. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building long-term relationships with both strategic and technical decision-makers such as property owners, facility managers, and consultants. 
  • Product Demos Presentations: Showcasing how Granlund Manager supports Maintenance, Capital Planning, ESG, and Construction Projects.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Acting as the commercial bridge between Swedish customers and Granlund’s product, support, and development teams in Finland.
  • Market Insight Learning: Keeping up with developments in PropTech, energy regulations, and sustainability trends to continuously add value in customer interactions.

The roles are full-time, with regular travel within Sweden and occasional visits to our Finnish headquarters in Helsinki.

Is This You?

To succeed in this role, you bring solid experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within enterprise or consultative sales environments. You have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, and you thrive on new business development. You’re confident navigating longer and more complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and you know how to build trust and drive momentum from first contact to a signed agreement.

Your communication and presentation skills are strong, and you naturally build lasting relationships with both commercial and technical decision-makers. You’re structured, self-driven, and goal-oriented – someone who takes full ownership of your pipeline and delivers measurable results. Good proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is important for the role. If you also have experience or interest in areas like energy, facility management, or real estate, it’s a definite plus – but not a requirement. Above all, you’re curious about sustainability, smart buildings, and the digital transformation of the built environment, and excited to contribute to a company driving positive change in the real estate sector.
