Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Administrator for Womenswear, you’ll play a crucial role in creating structure and organizing office details.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Administration of our vacation planning tool, time reports, expenses etc.
  • Invoice handling.
  • Administration for different system accesses for the employees.
  • Supporting managers in planning and booking team activities and travels.
  • Supporting managers with ad-hoc errands.
  • Planning, implementing, and coordinating social activities.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be at the center of the business, working within a close-knit team of administrators while collaborating with the wider Communications team in Womenswear. This is a team brimming with energy, high ambitions, and a strong support system, characterized by collaboration, team spirit, and mutual support.


Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who is service minded, has an eye for details and an ability to prioritize and make quick decisions. You are a true relationship builder, with a flexible approach and are motivated by H&M’s values.

To succeed in this role, you also have:

  • Experience in a similar role, with excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A flexible and solution-oriented mind-set.
  • Exceptional structure and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; both written and spoken.
  • Computer skills, especially in MS Office.
