As Global VIC & Events Product Manager, you will develop client relations with particular focus on Acne Studios Top 1% clients across channels in order to maximize sales growth and drive service in a progressive fashion house.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You are responsible for building Top 1% client customer engagement at the global level through different initiatives, including but not limited to selling activities, private client experiences, as well as client-facing events and activations in collaboration with other cross department teams. You play a key strategic role in developing Acne Studios’ portfolio of exceptional experiences to recognize and reward top clients, alongside in-store events to develop client relations and identify new ways of delighting our clients and growing loyalty across channels. You will report to our Global Clienteling Manager and belong to the Commercial department. Your team will consist of both the retail teams as well as the clienteling team in Stockholm. You will work with a global clientele and are responsible for developing strategies globally as well as locally based on the customer needs.

You will play a vital role in the commercial success and brand elevation of Acne Studios through:

• Achieving your sales and KPI performance targets by developing client relations globally

• Designing the overall VIC & Events global strategy in partnership with the Global Clienteling Manager and Global Retail & Omni Clients Director

• Developing the company’s private client experiences and client engagement approach together with the Events team in an Acne Studios way

• Supporting cross-channel client relations initiatives to grow customer loyalty and engagement

• Together with the CRM team, proactively developing quarterly actions plans in order to grow top client tiers

• Analyzing key figures and identifying needs/opportunities to fulfill; sharing results and learnings company-wide

• Identifying opportunities to partner across commercial functions on a weekly/monthly basis to execute 360-degree initiatives based on the commercial calendar and priorities

• Developing close relationships with the markets along with local knowledge to negotiate global alignment when necessary, and empower local adaptations of training and performance initiatives when appropriate

• Mentoring and developing in-store Client Relations Specialists across store network

• Inspiring and motivating client-facing teams to get to know our clients more deeply, and treat them in the most personalized way possible

• Developing the organizations skillset when it comes to Top 1% etiquette and behaviors

• Partnering with Client Services and Training teams to support education and training initiatives as needed

• Carrying out appointments with a variety of clients, tailoring the service to their individual needs and style

• Understanding customer needs and preferences and building client relationships

• Educate teams on competitive landscape/best practices when it comes to clienteling and VIC innovations

• Proficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• You have solid management background/skills or experience in a similar role in a luxury brand

• You have at least 5 years of experience in client development or client relations

• You have a proven client-facing experience in luxury fashion sales, both retail and e-commerce

• You have an understanding of international as well as local customs

• You have a strong commercial mindset

• You a have a strong business development mindset

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are a good team player but also able to work on initiative and set goals for yourself

• You are passionate about clients of all kinds and how to create unique experiences for others
