Sales Engineer

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities, delivery, and ongoing management of major customer terminal solution projects within UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support, delivery coordination, and daily operations management for UCaaS terminal projects with key clients.
• Lead customer requirements gathering and manage expectations while designing and delivering tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions and deliver engaging product demos for customers.
• Build strong working relationships with customer technical teams, including product managers, sales engineers, and professional services, and support account managers in business development efforts.
