Team Lead - Lab

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Recyclability lab and Open labs for a global company in Lund.

Start is in June, 8 month's contract to begin with, possibility of hire after that.

Responsibilities:

Lead:

• Prioritization on activities, distribute the work and secure day-to-day manning
• Secure team performance
• Instruct, coach, support and develop competences within team members
• Safety, ergonomic risk assessments and well-being of the team

Decide:

• Immediate actions on incidents and accidents
• Approve vacation and flex absence for dedicated team
• Purchasing and cost for consumables, tools and maintenance

Participate:

• Support manager in parental and long-term leave
• Support manager in team members individual development and performance
• Support manager in recruiting workforce and long-term consultants
• Support manager regarding investments

Required skills:

• Experience in leading a team in an operational context
• Previous laboratory experience
• Team player
• Great communication skills

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is in June, 8 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of hire after that.
